Today in my workout I finally felt “normal” again…good energy level, ready to workout, and did a bunch of endurance stuff on legs and lunges all the way around the gym. Great workout…if I really dare use the words “great” and “workout” in the same sentence. It took two and a half weeks after the Disney trip to get back to that. Amazing what a bunch of lousy eating for three weeks and no weight-training for a week and a half can do to you.

STILL worth it though! 🙂

From all the stories I have heard Disney sounds like it was worth it… and from the pictures I have seen the food looks like it was worth it too:) Hope this next month requires less patience!

That was the perfect description of being on the Disney dining plan. But it was so worth it. Even Nadia told me a couple days ago, “I ate a lot of stuff at Disney.”
