You continue to inspire me to exercise more…I am up to about 5-6 km in an hour or so..combo of speed walking/slow jogging a few times per week. My girls love to Hoola Hoop and I am thinking of adding that to my routine at home. It helps to keep them engaged while I run/walk on my treadmill…Keep up the great work. Your pictures from Disney tell me you have done an amazing job!!!!!
